The work.

An Arizona community bank, an advisory firm that serves banks, a Phoenix aesthetics studio, and the political work where the compliance instinct started. Different industries, same job: decide what the client wants to be known for, then make everything say it.

An Arizona Community Bank

Banking & Residential Lending
Social MediaDigital PresenceContent & DesignVideoReporting

The situation

An Arizona community bank with banking and mortgage lending. Its social channels needed to be consistent, active, and on-brand, and every post needed to hold up to the same scrutiny as any other advertisement the bank puts out.

What we did

  • Built and run an ongoing content program across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including a separate community page
  • Content calendars delivered in monthly batches, reviewed and approved by the bank's marketing lead before publishing
  • Copy, branded graphics, and short-form video for holidays, community moments, and financial education
  • A written compliance checklist on every post: NMLS identification, Member FDIC, and Equal Housing language, with lending terms kept clear of Regulation Z triggers
  • An engagement playbook for employees and loan officers, so the bank's own people amplify posts without going off-message
  • Monthly performance reports against a documented baseline
  • An online presence audit that caught a gap no one else had noticed: the bank's new lending office wasn't showing up on Google Search or Maps

Early results

+256%LinkedIn post impressions in the first full month of the program, all organic
+443%LinkedIn reactions over the same period
10–13%Engagement rate on video posts, the strongest format on the page

The situation

Silverado Advisory works directly with banks, credit unions, and institutional lenders on market analysis, troubled loan restructuring, borrower placement, banknote acquisition, and problem asset management. Its audience is bank leadership — people who decide within a minute whether a firm looks like a peer or a vendor.

What we did

  • Positioned the firm around six clearly defined service lines written for a bank audience
  • Designed, wrote, and built the website at silveradoadvisory.com, from structure through launch
  • Wrote the founder story around 35+ years of commercial, residential, and industrial development experience
  • Carried the brand into email signatures and outreach materials so every touchpoint matches
  • Built business development target lists to support outreach to institutions

The result

A firm that presents like the institutions it serves — a clear offer, a credible founder story, and a site that can be sent to a bank president without explanation.

Political Campaigns & PACs

Campaigns · Committees · Fundraising
MarketingEmail ProgramsMajor DonorsEventsFEC Compliance

The situation

Multiple federal political campaigns and political action committees, on the high-dollar side of the operation — where a single conversation could be worth five or six figures, every dollar was reportable, and every public word was on the record. Campaign finance is one of the most tightly regulated forms of communication in the country: the Federal Election Commission governs who can be asked, how much they can give, what every message must disclose, and when all of it must be reported.

Scope of responsibility

Lauren ran the full communications and fundraising operation end to end — not one piece of it. Strategy, marketing, email, events, donor relationships, and compliance all sat with her, which meant the accountability did too. In this environment a single mislabeled email, a missing disclaimer, or an over-limit contribution is not a typo. It is a violation, it is public, and it lands on the organization and the people who ran it.

What we did

  • Marketing and messaging: campaign and committee messaging across email, digital, and events, written to persuade and to be permissible at the same time
  • Email programs: fundraising and donor email blasts from strategy and copy through list management, send, and follow-up
  • Major-donor fundraising: direct solicitation and long-term relationship management with high-net-worth donors
  • Fundraising events: high-dollar events from invitation list and solicitation through run of show and post-event follow-up
  • FEC compliance: "paid for by" disclaimers on every communication, contribution limits and source rules applied to every ask, and records kept to reporting-deadline standards
  • Risk management: every message and solicitation reviewed against the rules before it went out, so there was nothing to correct after

Why it matters to you

This is where the compliance instinct was built, under the highest stakes there are. A bank answers to examiners, a practice answers to HIPAA, and a campaign answers to the FEC — the structure is the same. Writing things that are compelling and permissible at the same time, and owning the outcome when it isn't, is exactly what a regulated business needs from the person handling its name. It wasn't learned on a client's account.
